Usually pretty good customer service here. Just a note to anyone looking for vehicle transfer forms they no longer have them at post offices. You have to download online and print out or get from Department Of Transport

I used to love parcel locker and had used this service many types in other suburbs.But the Claremont branch is the most horrible so far. Inconsistent service, some days I could collect on behalf of family who lives in same household with proof of documents, some days I was rejected. It depends on who you get and wasted my long trips many times.The last one was I never received the notification to collect, and nor did I get any reminder. The item is now returned to sender but Australia post website has not status update since a month ago.Just horrible and inconvenient process.

Surprising quick parcel delivery to Melbourne keep it up Australia Post

I was appalled at the customer service today which i not only witnessed but also served with by the short dark haired woman that served me today (18.11.20 at 4.40pm), then an elderly lady after me also encountered her unhelpful, rude attitude, this employee made the elderly lady anxious and confused.. I know this cause I spoke to the elderly lady outside, comforted her and reassured her she had just encountered someone who obviously hated her job and she agreed that lady shouldnt be in a customer service role...Australia Post should put her in the back sorting mail! Or on the dole queue!

Absolutely horrible customer service! just appalling!I was served several times by the dark haired short lady who has an attitude towards me, or perhaps toward others as well. I read a review just now that said the same thing! I don't understand WHY, they keep people like that in positions that require the opposite behavior and personal traits that this lady presents. Also the other lady there is unfriendly! I have witnessed time and again, rude customer service people in most of the shops/stores in Claremont Quarter! Unfortunately. This is bad! really shortsighted of theses stores...! I haven't gone back to this post office since and to other stores/shops for a while now!! i have taken my business elsewhere!
