Had a complaint regarding my delivery or lack thereof, and a young woman named Dana helped me out. She is a credit to Australia Post. Polite , understanding and very professional. Well done Dana.

I just was at your bassedean delivery centre. The lady who is working the counter today 29/6/20 @ 11:30 needs to learn how to talk with customers. She is rude, abrupt and down right ridiculous when she speaks to people. If she doesn't want to work in customer service and be nice maybe she shouldn't be working their then. There is so many people who need a job right and now, and not have to deal with her moody attitude towards people. Just saying you should talk to her and teach her some manners and empathy. It doesn't look good on your company.

Usually pretty good customer service here. Just a note to anyone looking for vehicle transfer forms they no longer have them at post offices. You have to download online and print out or get from Department Of Transport

No text no call, no card, status of my parcel changed from arrived at facility to awaiting collection within 2 minutes, they didn't even try to come and deliver it, waited all day for this parcel, customer service said I need to put business name in on my address, while I have been using the same address for past weeks for all my online shopping to my own office and they never failed once to delivered it, it is absolutely a drag to try to cover the laziness, this post office 25 minutes away from my home and nobody is allow to leave work to pick up a parcel, good job for absolutely nothing guys.

I was on my way home from Tafe and thought I might pick up my parcel. Because I have to use public transport I took a bus there and the bus didn't get there until 5:02, bus wasn't running late either. I saw the guy walk to his car and I asked if he could quickly do this for me but he continued to walk to his car saying sorry we're closed"! I'm too busy during the week and it's very difficult to do anything on the weekend! Now I will have to take 2 busses home and waste an hour of my life because some guy couldn't be bothered to get my parcel because I was 2 minutes late. Not happy with this place at all."
